Internal Newsletter That Made a Difference

I curated articles previously shared by team members, company news that internal staff were often unaware of, and work-related content providing insights and food for thought — delivered weekly via Slack. I personally selected and shared columns on various topics including communication, development, and writing.

At the time, many new members had recently joined, and with new service planning being delayed, there were frequent requests for updates on the company's internal situation. Simply sharing company news alone would have felt like a noisy KakaoTalk announcement channel — creating a stiff atmosphere and failing to elicit feedback from employees. So I decided to combine articles shared across team Slack channels, columns I had personally read, and even music recommendations from team members — delivering it all like a radio show format.
